Dave Williams Coaching TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IN RESPECT OF EVENTS AND SEMINARS
Definitions:
"DWC", the "Company" or "us" means Dave Williams Coaching
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Dave Williams's events/seminars including the Switch On The Light (the "Seminar") By Dave Williams Coaching ("Promoter"). By registering for the Seminar or purchasing the Program at any one of our locations ("Hotel"), you (the 'Buyer") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, or attend, the Seminar or purchase the Program.
Buyers Conduct
Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other Buyers and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. The Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and /or their guests to leave the conference room, venue and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Buyer's tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.

By law, we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. Our Seminars and Programs are for your educational and informational purposes only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a "get rich scheme," and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, opinions and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone's future success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information.

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering for our Seminars or Program's, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release Promoter, Dave Williams, or our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our Seminars, Programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health excluding personal injury or death that may result from the Promoter's negligence whilst the Buyer has been participating in the Seminar and Program.
Exclusions
Note that events are not residential and do not include accommodation or food and beverages unless stated.
Payment Terms
These are generally "pay in full" prior to the event or payment over an agreed 3 and 6-month installment plans. A discount is offered for one-off payments. The overall price must be paid, including any final installment before the date of the event. If you are paying by installment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far ahead for all the installment payments to have been made in advance of the event. All monies must be paid 6 clear days before attending an event.
Consequences of Failure to Pay
If payment is not made within the time limits set out above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Dave Williams Coaching to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the bookings and/ or tickets without notice to the client. In the event of Dave Williams Coaching treating the contracts as at an end, Dave Williams Coaching shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client, and the balance, if any, of the price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Dave Williams Coaching. This is without prejudice to Dave Williams Coaching's rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Dave Williams Coaching.
Cancellations Or Variations By The Client (Live Events)
Cancellation: All bookings are final once payments are processed and cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. All purchases made online come with a 14 day 'cooling off period'.
Variation: Your chosen date must be confirmed and attendance registered within 14 days of purchase. If no confirmations are received then after this time your ticket is void. Once your date is registered, your ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. Under certain reasonable circumstances, a request to change the date once will be considered by Dave Williams Coaching and at its sole discretion and if agreed will be subject to a £500 administration fee (plus VAT) payable immediately.

Online Training Products
All access to the Dave Williams Coaching Online Training is governed by a unique username and password. The username and password are part of a system that protects the security of the resource and enables Dave Williams Coaching to monitor usage by any individual.
When a refund request is received, Dave Williams Coaching reserves the right to track the usage by an individual (through his/her username and password) of:
• Specific pages viewed
• Frequency of use
• Time period of use
• Content watched
• Login frequency
A full refund will not be granted if Dave Williams Coaching has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the course material that they purchased.
Dave Williams Coaching reserves the right to charge a handling fee (10% of the original fee) & a further fee for % of training used.

Refunds Following Cancellation
If you do cancel your purchase within the cooling off period then we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
You are entitled to a full refund if you do not make back 2x your initial investment within 12 months (You must have attended all four days & have run at least one event implementing the Dave Williams Coaching system).
Alterations to advertised packages
All advertised packages are subject to availability.
Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages, but any packages may be altered, or date changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, Dave Williams Coaching accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Dave Williams Coaching agrees to use endeavours as it considers to be reasonable to make alternative packages available.
Note that Dave Williams does not present at every event, however, we will always provide a fully trained Speaker from Dave Williams Coaching.
